Bride and Groom January 2014

We had our wedding at Ramster on 4th January 2014. Firstly, anyone that has been to the venue or seen photos will agree that there are few locations that appear more magnificent, so I won't wax lyrical about that.I think it is always natural to have some worries about how everything will turn out on the day. How will the venue look in full wedding mode? How will the staff be? Once you pay your money are they going to keep coming back with small additional charges? Are they going to become difficult in anyway? On top of that, we organised our wedding from Australia and had such a busy trip back to the UK over Xmas and NY that we didn’t really have an opportunity to chat with Ramster in person before rehearsal day.In every way, every question/ concern we had, including those above, became a complete non-issue - Ramster were brilliant.

The caterers, Jacaranda, are a class apart - without exception everyone mentioned how impressed they were with not only the food but the timing, flexibility and anonymity of Jacaranda on the day. They were worth every penny we paid and more.

If I had to put my finger on one thing that really stood out and made the day go so well for us, I think that I'd choose to highlight the strength and smoothness of the working relationship between Ramster Hall and the caterers Jacaranda.

When you think about it, given that those two costs are probably your two biggest, it is imperative that those two elements are communicating well. At Ramster Hall, for our wedding at least, that relationship was evident far beyond what we could have hoped for given the money we'd paid.

Have a great day!

The perfect setting for a country wedding
