Welcome to Ramster Smokehouse. We are a family run smokehouse situated on the Surrey and West Sussex borders, priding ourselves in producing the best tasting Smoked Salmon produced with the freshest fish provided from renewable sources.

• Fresh salmon supplied direct from the Lochs of the West Coast of Scotland is smoked at Ramster over our own Ramster oak chips
• Home cured and smoked in the traditional way imparting a stronger smokier flavour than found in modern methods
