We can never decide which wedding season is our favourite, but looking through this stunning Christmas wedding from last December we have to admit to loving Winter at Ramster. Recently featured on Rock My Wedding, and photographed by the very talented Matt Penberthy, Georgie & Luke had such a beautiful day.
The colour scheme of burgundy, gold and blush created a wonderful warm feel, and with our sparkling canopy of fairy lights, the Christmas tree lights and the many candles, candelibriars and tealights the Halls glowed all night. The flowers by Michelle Rust were stunning and incorporated the brides love of feathers in the bouquets.
Catering was done by the exceptional team at Jacaranda. The couple chose to serve mulled wine and prosecco for guests welcome drinks, perfect for the cold day. The meal was individually baked camembert, sausage and mash, followed by sticky toffee pudding. Apparently it was as good as it sounds!
The couple incorporated lots of fun details, with blankets for guests with the sign "To have and to hold, incase you get cold", and slippers supplied for dancing shoes!
Even though it was winter and gardens don't have the colour of the other seasons, the couple still took a walk through the grounds and Matt captured some truly beautiful and romantic images of the couple which we're sure they will treasure forever.
