Ramster Hall wedding venue lies in the quiet seclusion of a private country estate on the border of Surrey and West Sussex, surrounded by parkland and stunning gardens, which are famous for their fine collections of Rhododendrons and Azaleas.
Civil ceremonies take place in the Great Drawing Room which can be laid out in three different ways to accommodate 160 guests. This majestic room overlooks the courtyard and has dramatic architectural features including a beamed vaulted ceiling and panelled walls. There is even a grand piano available to play during the ceremony and wedding drinks adding to the overall ambiance of this magnificient setting.
The 100ft Long Hall lends itself beautifullly for wedding receptions and comfortably accomodates 160 seated guests. The traditional beamed ceiling is decked with fairy lights to add extra sparkle and light to this exquisite room.
The Brick Hall provides an alternative entrance to the Great Drawing Room. There is a permanent exhibition on display of paintings by Paul Gunn which are always of interest. As well as an impressive collection of Japanese Samurai warriors, swords and shields.
Adding further appeal is the courtyard which is central to the Long Hall, Great Drawing Room and Brick Hall. Guests can enjoy complete privacy of this beautiful outdoor space which is ideal for canapes and photographs.
