The Long Hall, a perfect venue for barn weddings!
You enter the Long Hall via a pretty brick floored lobby where coats can be left, with the courtyard room which has a great view of the courtyard in front of you. The Long Hall was built in 1604 and is over 100 ft long, it has a polished wooden floor, the ceilings are beamed with paneling down either side.
As a converted barn, the Long Hall is a magnificent and impressive room and the fairy lights give it an extra lift. There is a vast inglenook fireplace which gives a wonderful warm welcome in the winter and remote controlled pin spots can be directed to each table to illuminate your table decorations. The Long Hall can accommodate any number up to 160 for a sit down wedding breakfast and dancing. It adjoins The Great Drawing Room where your civil ceremony will take place.
The disco or band set up at the lobby end of the Hall in front of the fireplace where the dancefloor is situated, with the brand new kitchens, modern toilets and all important bar at the other end of the Hall. Tables and chairs are included in the hire price of the Halls.
